20 Inside Projects To Do During Lockdown
Modern humans are not accustomed to searching for entertainment. The best way to battle things like depression and cabin fever is to stay busy and occupied. Cleaning is something that many of us struggle with in terms of time. Now, many of us have more time than we know what to do with. Here are some ideas of some things to do that will keep us busy, keep our minds off of stressful situations, gives us a shot of endorphins in our brains, and provides a healthy environment.

April Home Maintenance
April is a month for lots of rain, weddings, gardens and showers. It’s perfect for getting the ground ready
for some planting. If you are planting
a garden, check out How
to Plan a Vegetable Garden Location.
If it’s a little too cold outside to do any planting, you can always
start some plants inside and transport them outside when the weather warms a
bit. |

How to Plan a Vegetable Garden Location
There are 10 main things to consider when planning a garden
location. All of them are important for
different reasons. I didn’t number this
list because depending on your home, some things on the list may be more of a consideration
than others. A fun and convenient way to
plan the location of your garden is to draw a little mini map of your property
(Google maps works wonders for this if you can find your home). As you work your way through the list of
things to consider below, you can mark the locations that work best for each
consideration on the list. By the end,
you should have the perfect garden location!

March Home Maintenance
March is a month to prepare for spring.
Getting ready to pull out yard and gardening tools. This includes: weed whacker,
shears, soil knife, hand trowel, shovel, spade, leaf rake, garden rake, hoe, gardening
gloves, wheelbarrow, leaf blower, digging fork, lawnmower, and some kind of
stool if you don’t want to sit on the ground or kneel down doing yard work. Make sure to service everything that needs
to be serviced (weed whacker, leaf blower and lawnmower), and ensure that all
the other tools are in good working order (check for cracks, splinters, rust,
etc.). |
