Ingredients Information
- 2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour Prep Time: 10 Minutes
- 2 tbsp baking powder Cook Time: 20 Minutes
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar Total Time: 30 Minutes
- 1 tsp salt Servings: 14-18
- 2 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 6 tbsp oil or melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine all the dry ingredients and mix with a fork thoroughly.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine all the wet ingredients and mix with a fork thoroughly.
- Create a crater in the center of the dry ingredients and pour wet ingredients into crater.
- Mix until batter is slightly clumpy (don't over-mix).
- Turn heat to medium or around 270⁰ to 330⁰.
- Use 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour pancake batter onto griddle.
- Cook on each side until bubbles form on the top and/or the bottom is a golden color (about 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 minutes per side).
